Honestly I love IG but my account has yet to receive IG highlights I want to add them for the purpose of my content but after I’ve reported there has been nothing sent to me and no one has reached out. Other apps are quick to help users but not IG I’ve sent emails and reported the bug this is just terrible as it’s a feature other people have except me.

I like the idea of being able to go live with friends however I haven’t gotten a chance to experience it I’ve been repeatedly reporting the issue since that update and it hasn’t changed. I’ve tried troubleshooting deleted the app downloaded it again still nothing.

When I am on explore and I see a post I don’t like I press see less like this, but even when I press that I keep seeing that same post over and over. Also when I press see less like this on videos and pictures that are in a different language I still see posts in a different language all the time.

I have started to post less and not wanting to use ig as much as I did before because nobody even sees my posts anymore. Not even half of my followers like or see my posts. It’s disappointing and sad. Please fix this!!

You should be able to send and save your collections to another account!! For example, if your making a new account, or if you want to send a collections to your friend, you should be able to send and save a collection without having to send pictures one by one! This would be amazing....

Limitations of not being able to upload several pics of different sizes at once and lack of a desktop app with same capabilities are frustrating

Cool launch of new fonts right! Except when you’re the only one of your friends that doesn’t have them. ? I’ve reported this “bug” TWICE with no response and/or fix. My app auto updates so I tried logging out, deleting the app, restarting my phone, logging back in through the email link, and it stilllll doesn’t give me the new fonts. COOL. ALSO I’m with everyone who says to get rid of your stupid algorithm. We all know we spend enough time on instagram to see what you think we like or “popular posts” but let us just see it in chronological order so the “less popular” kids aren’t left out.

Every time I want to upload a new video and edit the filter or the length before I even get a chance to type the description it crashes and resets the app. Super annoying

Absolutely hate seeing events and post my friends post hours later. IG what are you going? Don’t be Facebook.

I’m very active on Instagram & it bothers me that things I enjoy using don’t work. I’ve reported the issue & still haven’t heard back. I’ve deleted the app & it’s data multiple times, but the same issues are still there. I’m no longer notified when I get new direct message (yes my notification settings are correct). The number of DM’s in my inbox does not change either, so I never know I have a new message unless I look. Also, I can no longer access GIF’s on Instagram story. One day they were there, the next day they were gone. I wish they’d at least respond & try to help.
