the quality of our videos are terrible you should really fix it

I love the app, but every time I post a 1080p video, it comes out in much worse quality. I know I am not the only one with this issue, please look into it.

If I don’t have a person on my followers or I don’t follow that individual, they should not be able to see my story. It should be an option on the story settings where you could only click “ only followers can see my story “ even if my IG isn’t private. Hope you guys can help with that in some future, because I know I probably won’t be the only one who thinks about this.

The only problem I have is that I don’t get notifications, at all from likes, comments, dms, or when someone new follows me. I’ve looked at the notification settings and it doesn’t even have one and also IG keeps telling me to turn them on when I don’t even have the setting.

Hello insta I’m here trying to get answers of when I will get the gif feature when I take a picture. It’s almost been half a year I believe and I still don’t have it. Just wondering if I’ll ever get that version or will it disappear Before I get to use it.....??

Love the app but upset with how they changed the time feed. I Only see the same stuff over and over again. Hurts my promotion on my business page and my personal page. Please change it back to seeing what people are posting at what time instead of the crap it is now.

Instagram is a great and powerful app, however I have to rate 1 Star because my account was randomly deleted by Instagram (@riled_upp_) for violating their guidelines, although I did not post anything that wasn’t in compliance with their terms and conditions. I lost my whole account with 1400+ followers and photos that I have been “journaling” for over 5 years... just sad and devastating and I was very upset over the situation and having to start and rebuild another account.

Instagram stopped sending me notifs, i deleted, redownloaded, reset my phone and still nothing. Been happening for about a month, nothing will work. Please fix this.

Instagrams wrongfully blocked my commenting

I have been updating my Instagram and removing my app and installing it over and over. I don’t have polls, I don’t have gifs, and I still have Christmas stickers. I am at the point where I want to just be done with Instagram.

I have no option to save my stories to the archive or save them as highlights on my profile. Very annoying

Thanks for putting the gifs back, although tons of people are getting glitched text while using the gif. Also, PLEASE fix the issue with posts not showing up in posts. We work hard on those posts just for them not to show up. Im not using any banned hashtags, Im not spamming nor am I a spam account. Please fix this issue.

get better quality for uploading videos bc the video quality after uploading is horrible. in my camera roll it’s such good quality but when i post it, it’s trash, just like your feed algorithm

Pretty frustrated I’ve been trying to post for the longest time but my captions won’t upload

6+ months maybe a year still no iPad app! My iPad has a camera too! Why is this app not available for the iPad? I use the iPad when I am at home over the iPhone and most apps such as Facebook and Twitter are integrated with Instagram so when you click on such link it opens app, but not on iPad, it takes you to store instead! PLEASE make this app for iPad. Then my review will change to 5star!

So a few things bring back chronological order! I hate how on my phone I can’t share my own post to my story without taking a screen shot - I’ve checked all my settings and I should be able to but the option just isn’t there. I use my Instagram for business and missing that function is very frustrating. So now I have to use third party apps to even make a decent looking story.
