I love Instagram so much but I’ve been experiencing 1 issue that I don’t know how to fix. Some times on my story when I try to go post a story it doesn’t work and just freezes. I can’t figure it out. So, if instagram could fix that this app would be 5 stars.

Let me just get to the point: 1. The video and picture quality is absolutely terrible. I save videos at 1080p, and it’s an obvious difference between my camera roll and Instagram’s quality. That 100% needs to get fixed. I take high quality photos and Instagram won’t hold the quality. 2. The feed is always so disorganized. What happened to chronological order? I scroll through my feed, and I see posts from 3 months ago. I want my feed to have some sort of order versus whatever order we have now. Honestly, I don’t even think Instagram HAS an order to show the feed in. 3. I switched between accounts, and the entire layout of Instagram is different than the other account. It’s so messed up. Im not sure if it’s my account or it’s Instagram but that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it’s an overall DECENT app. I still am able to communicate with friends and share content. However, I want these things fixed. As long as Instagram has been around, it needs some more updates verses new content.

My account was hacked and nobody from support team was able to help me. They kept asking questions and sending me to help center articles instead

Every time I try to search it says couldn’t load results. But on my other 3 accounts the search works fine??‍♀️

before the most recent update (during March of 2018) it was good because i was able to copy and paste the stuff in my bio , but now after the update i’m not able too , and thats a problem

Bring back chronological newsfeed!

I uploaded 4 pictures and one of the four won’t load. It isn’t the WiFi or LTE because it won’t load on anyone else’s device either. Please fix this. I’ve tried everything & It’s annoying.

Very good application

I absolutely love IG. It has connected me to some incredible people. But the one major flaw is that there isn’t an iPad version! This is unbelievably frustrating. Please! Make one!

Would like for random people I don’t follow or don’t follow me not to respond to a comment I post on a public profile. They start drama and take things too personal. now I can’t voice my opinion to my friends I tag on a post because random girls pop in and say rude things bad mouth and so on. It’s just unnecessary drama I need to deal with ?

So I recently found out about Instagram highlights. Although, I deleted the app and redone loaded it; made sure it was the latest update and nothing. Can you please fix this because I would like to use this feature as well. Its crazy how some have it and others dont.

Instagram is a place where I post all my created content. In my camera roll everything I post seems to be just find but when I transfer it over to Instagram, the quality drops by an immense amount. It makes my content look messy and unprofessional. I’m just saying if you could do anything to help update the quality of the videos and images posted it would help a lot?

Instagram need update they following system it keep unfollowing people I try to follow back smh Instagram fix y’all system and updates smh??

This is the best social networking app

Okay so I love this app, it’s one of my favorite apps...but I’m tired of the upload quality on here for videos... it’s terrible. I mean and it’s not just me thousands of us have the same exact problem. We want it fixed please, if it’s fixed maybe we will enjoy the app more because right now upload quality is just SO BAD. Please fix Instagram thank you.
