I can not login since the new update! It says, “sorry there was a problem with your request” I’ve tried everything. If the problem is fixed soon I will give it 5 stars.

Bugged and logged me out of all my accounts and won’t let me back in. I tried to use the link they email you and that doesn’t work either. One of my family members logged out to see if it worked and now they can’t get back in either.

Its ok but it said turn on your camera 2 times and my camera was already on

It won’t log me in my accounts. All of them. I tried like 10 times and waited for 20 minutes ;( and I reinstalled it like twice now help

Can’t log back in on app and when I try from the browser it’s says there is no account bye that name but when I look it up its there

The app keeps crashing, only works for a few hours after re-downloaded. I’ve had Instagram for 2 years and this just randomly started yesterday.

FIX IG!! So many ppl are having issues with IG since Fri March 23rd evening!! If we log out we can’t log back in. I haven’t had access to my account with no resolution. I’ve even downloaded a ghost VPN and can access my business acct but still not personal. It states “Suspicious Login Attempts” but then you guys direct me to ur FAQ page...I already know my email address, username and password! FIX IT!!

Ok so I love Instagram, but I deleted the app and re downloaded it.. and now it won’t let me log in to my account, it’s not my info that’s wrong.. but it just won’t let me get in. This has been happening to a lot of people who log out and I’ve tried everything.. it just won’t let me log in, and I tried logging in to other accounts too.. it just won’t let me, I’m hoping there will be a new update that fixes this problem. I’ve heard from many people, if you log off or delete the app, you will no longer be able to access your account, even from the website. Please fix this problem. I can’t use Instagram until this gets fixed.

i deleted the app and now it won’t let me sign back in to any of my accounts and it keeps saying “request times out” or “there was a problem with your request” when i try to make a new account i can’t even do that because it says it’s blocked or something like what the hell

Instagram has logged me out of all my accounts and will not let me log back in. Whenever I try to log in it says something along the lines of “sorry, your we can’t log you in” it also won’t let me create a new account, so now I can’t use Instagram at all. I would really love if you could do something about it.

I logged out of Instagram and a few minutes later when I tried to log back in, it says there was an error to your request. My username and password isnt wrong. It just wont let me back into my account. It wont let me log into other devices either or on my PC.

I recently have had a problem where I can’t log on to Instagram on my iPad Air 2. I have the correct password and username but each time I try it says sorry, there was a problem with your request. I’ve tried resetting the password and logging in through email but it still won’t let me log in. PLEASE FIX!!!!!
