Why can’t I log in any of my accounts ? It’s been saying “ sorry, there been a problem with your request. “ for the past 4 days. I’m not the only one cause other people that I talked to seem to have the same problem. Until then I rate it 1 star.

I can’t log back into my account

I can sign in if my account if it’s tied to FB but if it’s not, then it keeps denying me access to my other account, even after resetting the password. This NEEDS to be fixed

Updated review: 3 things... 1) Still no chronological order as constantly requested by your users. 2) If I accidentally get out of IG while scrolling through, when I come back in, it reloads and I can’t find what I was just looking at. 3) I’m suddenly getting notifications that people are commenting on pics of other users I commented on. I can’t find how to shut this off. Pointless feature unless thee is an option to shut it off like Facebook. Original review: months ago you messed with the order of how we see our posts. It is still not fixed! My whole feed today is from a week ago!! PLEASE look at the reviews you are getting lately and fix this app. We dont need Snapchat wannabe features. Im on IG because it ISNT Snapchat! Just fix whats broken and lets get back to the reason this was number one in the first place!

I mean the app is great, I just hate that I can’t even have the option to change it to a chronological timeline. Please give us the option to change this. I don’t want you guys deciding who I should see and who I shouldn’t see first. Stop with the fancy algorithms and the attempt at getting me to buy things through sponsored ads, I just want to see my friends’ and families’ pictures.

Please fix the quality of your videos and audio. I make video edits and my edits are supposed to be high quality, and when I post it on instagram the quality is terrible, which makes me mad. Please fix it

I love this app, I use it daily! Although having people like your things is great there should be a way to turn that off just like there is for commenting. Some people don’t post things because they are too afraid they won’t get enough likes! It makes everything one giant popularity contest, even if you cannot turn liking off there should be a button that makes you unable to see your likes just so you aren’t concerned about them you know?

Ok, so what’s the deal instagram? If it was so much trouble logging back in, i would have never logged out in the first place. The question is, when will this be fixed? Someone from the company plz help.

“Bug fixes” on new update has caused me to only see one private message at a time. The rest keep spinning. I use this as a major mode of communication. Please fix. Really disappointed in the way posts are showing up too. Y’all have a lot of work to bring this back to five stars.

It won’t let me log into my account using the app. I’m only able to use the internet to access it.

i love the app but i’ve been having issues with it recently and the customer support has done nothing to get in contact with me or fix the problem. makes me sad.

Ok I love Instagram but it’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have access to “type” mode for my account. What gives?? It’s updated to the most recent release, I’ve deleted/redownloded several times, and I still don’t have access to fonts. Why don’t I have this feature for my account?

The video quality is actually horrendous, if you want a somewhat decent looking video you have to make sure the video is originally rendered in 1080p. If you do that the max output quality you’ll be able to get is 480p, which looks grainy, pixelated and gross. Why Instagram thinks it’s so important to compress videos and make everything load faster is beyond me, if i was the one in charge, waiting a couple extra seconds would be totally okay if I get to see a 1080p video compared to a 360p video. INSTAGRAM FIX THIS ASAP

I hate that if I tap a video for sound ONE time the app will play sound for all the videos on my timeline. Also, can chronologically ordered posts come back? Im tired of seeing things from days ago. And my explore page is always full of irrelevant posts. Why can’t a business page have the option to be private? Instagram will soon be irrelevant like snapchat
