Never had a problem w insta until I couldn’t use the cool gif keyboard. Not sure if it’s because I have an older iPhone but that is the only thing that bums me out :/

I’ve had so many problems with my accounts. Both have been hacked and I emailed a complaint and requested help but nobody has gotten back to me. I lost all my followers, pictures, conversations, information and everything!

Instagram lets me connect with my friends and other family. Everyone can see what you are doing and the places they go.

I LOVE INSTAGRAM. IM ON IT EVERY SINGLE DAY! IT LETS ME ENJOY MY UNICORNS AND SOMETIMES PANDAS. GO FOLLOW ME. no no jkjk. I love unicorns and it supports that. I can text my friends and check out their profiles. Bye,bye now!

Should be in order because now I miss a lot of stuff on my feed

Instagram is amazing for the first time but very limited to what you can like or stay on it to like share and comment. I understand going to fast but how are you supposed to grow your profile? Other then that, the content is amazing and very pleased! ?

It needs to be in chronological order.

Am I the only one who doesn’t have a story highlight?? I can’t even see them! This is frustrating.

I understand the precautions to avoid a hacking attempt but every time I log in to my IG (I have 3 - business, social, & daughters) Im being asked to prove who I am, USING THE SAME DEVICE, might I add. Now I cant access one of my accounts, even with me knowing my log in information, due to not having access to the email associated with the account thats more than 5 years old. Please alert via email or cell phone of "Suspicious Log In Attempt" . . & Also, if I have to log in and out of my account 10 times a day on the same device, I dont want to have to go to my email or text thread to get a code EVERY SINGLE TIME to get in my account. Thats really ridiculous.

Instagram would always be my go-to app, but now I’m wondering why I can’t login? I have read online that I could factory reset my device but I really don’t want to risk losing any of my data. It seems like after each update, Instagram only gets worse. I feel that they’re only going for looks nowadays. It saddens me that after this update, I will no longer use Instagram because of the same issues it runs into. I wish i would give ‘zero’ stars, but one star will do. I get money is involved, but please don’t sugar-coat or beat around the bush with these updates.

Ok. I love IG. Just like all the other reviews on here, we all think it’s great and it’s the main Social Media app I use and have used for like 3 years. Instagram, please listen to your users and change the feed order back to chronological. I don’t want to see photos from 2-7 days ago. I mean some of them are from comedians I follow that are posting about their upcoming show...from 7 days ago. A lot of good that does me, as well as the comedian I would’ve went and saw. Snapchat didn’t listen to their users and look what’s happening to them. Fix the order or give us the option to see it in chronological order.

So in the latest update has a new set up for top and most recent categories of hashtags. But if you look at the most recent ones they are not the most recent. You’ll get one that is from a minute ago then the next photo is from 2017. Then the next from 3 weeks ago. How is that most recent? And there is no way to actually get just the most recent you now have this weird set up that instagram decides is recent. So stupid. It’s like facebooks set up for news feeds. Oh and don’t get me started on my home page. That hasn’t been most recent from the people I follow in forever. I don’t want Instagram deciding what I want to see. Just put it in chronological order.

i enjoy this app alot‼️ i know that there is probably some things i would like to have changed but i cant really think of anything at this moment. this app is pretty great, you can find almost everyone you know on this app and the fact you can now add a load of photosin one post is fantastic‼️
