I can not use the GIF option , because I don’t see the option , I did the upgrade to the app and it doesn’t work . I have a iphone10 , what should I do. ????

It keeps freezing

Just recently began to have this problem. Sometimes commenting on conservative political posts is blocked, no matter what you say. Seems a bit ridiculous to block our speech and beliefs. Disappointed

This algorithm is ridiculous! Being back the chronological order. I don’t like seeing posts from ten days ago.....And I still don’t have the new updates with fonts and GIFS. It’s been over two months since those have been rolled out. For a company that’s so tech savvy you sure are slow at things.

i feel like the app would be so much more appealing with a darker interface

Whenever I send texts through direct, sometimes they still say sending after a few minutes, even on wifi and I have to turn my phone on airplane mode and restart the app to make it work again. This happens every few hours and its very annoying. Please look at this and fix!!!!

Every single time I try and upload a video it crashes. I’ve tried all the workarounds like reinstall, restart, upload straight from pics. Nothing works. It’s been months! I’ve emailed and notified instagram, no response. Poor customer service. I would give more stars if they would fix this or at least acknowledge I exist.

As much as I love Instagram I have been having issues with my account and hashtags that are ridiculous for nearly a month, and I have contacted them twice a day with no reply or resolution.

You get to share photos with all your stalkers and you get quality memes also ??

I think it great. I have a suggestion. Make a night version both a black background, or darker setting. Also sometimes when I post a group of photos I accidentally leave one out. When I try to edit that photo it doesn’t let me add pictures, only comment, tag, or add a local.

Instagram would be great if they didn’t take away the prompt telling you a page is private when sharing posts via direct message and chronological timelines. I’ve been waiting months for the private account note to return to iOS
