Keep getting "couldnt refresh feed" on my screen when Im at the home screen for instsgram, with a white screen where all peoples photos should be, the stories on top will load but nothing else. My other account works fine but not this one. I tried re installing the app, logging out and back in, and nothing worked. Would be great if you guys could fix this problem.

Instagram would be great..... if it listened to its customers and went back to chronological views. It’s algorithm is terrible and I find myself only seeing a few people’s posts and missing many of my good friends’ posts. I only see them if I select to be notified and then actually see that notification. You’d think those people’s posts would then be prioritized in with the algorithm but that isn’t the case. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Instagram has been glitching lien horrible me. Now I can no longer see my activity. Fix this.

Please bring back chronological post order

I’ve had Instagram for almost 5 years, and Ive never had a problem until now. Every time I open the app, it works for maybe 5 seconds, then the screen goes black and the app closes.

For three days (ever since the last update) my feed won’t refresh. I’ve tried doing the steps in your known problems but nothing is working. Is there any way that someone can troubleshoot my account or something?

Sometimes I get glitches on the app but it’s probably only me so . I would give it a 5 I just get glitches with the app sometimes .

I think the HIDE button should be added to the app so we don’t have to see certain things our friends post without unfollowing them to seem petty

I gave ig a 2 star because its no longer in chronological order. I hate the stupid update and wish y’all would just put my timeline back in chronological order.

Bring back the older format to where we can see current post as they come, not post from weeks ago. And pleeeeaaasseeeee decrease the advertising. These new updates are taking the fun and personal marketing advantages away from the app.
