Every time I open it it crashes!!! I love the app but I cant do anything without it crashing!

Im so disappointed! This app used to be so fast and efficient now face filters on stories dont show up, videos are not loading, keeps crashing and something even freezes my phone. Cant watch my friends stories cause it does not work. Very frustrating.

Its not letting me log into any of my accounts regardless that the username and password are correct... please fix this

It is a great social media app that tons of people use. You can follow people you know and post pictures of your life. Its a great app to get to know people too. And overall its a very smooth working app

Instagram is literally terrible when it comes to supporting its users.

There are too many adds for fake clothing brands ripping people off for hundreds of dollars like yeezys and supreme. And Sometimes are ripping people off and getting their credit card information. Stop this with the damn ads!!! Youre ruining Instagram for everyone by adding ads!!!!

Instagram is a great app for posting and Sharing pictures or videos, but for me (on an iPod touch 5) the app crashes and wont let me back on until I uninstall and re-download! Its frustrating that every other day I have to do this!! please fix.

They delete pages for no reason! They delete months of photos for no reason! Theres NEVER any customer service reps you can relay your issues to! Its gone downhill and I hope to find another reliable social media app I can join and enjoy!!!!

I absolutely love Instagram, I do. Its by far my favorite social media platform. But that said, it is terribly glitchy- stuff doesnt work ALL THE TIME. And although there are some cool updates, like to their stories, there are some really bad ones, like no longer being able to copy/paste or reply to multiple people, which is completely annoying. Half the time, hashtags dont work. I really wish Facebook would put more resources into IG and clear up all the glitches.

Great app. I would like a little more security and privacy. The help page is glitchy and you need to sign into Facebook for it to work properly! What about those of us who dont have Facebook?! Kinda ridiculous!?? overall I like posting pictures and sharing it with my friends. I would also recommend getting a private account, otherwise people who you dont know can follow you. ?

It is so cool u can talk to your friends u can post cool things and end up getting likes on it and just have.FUN
