It would be nice if you could save photos and see how long videos are/have a slider to jump ahead

I love Instagram, it’s been so fun. But lately when I post it doesn’t post the comment I wrote. So I end up deleting it, trying again, reinstalling the app and still finding the same problem. Every time I reinstall the app any of the pics I’ve saved for future posts get deleted. Plus, there’s no email or customer service info I can find. It’s been very frustrating

Overall the app is great but there are times where I had to temporarily disable my account. And man this is such a hassle. Why do I have to go on my computer or log onto IG from a browser rather than the app just to disable my account temporarily? You guys are a very reputable app with top developers. I would assume you would by now have found a way to simply add that Interface into your mobile app.

I can’t hear myself when I try to do a story

After upgraded the latest version, I can’t share old photos to my stories. And GIF is missing too. Don’t like it.

Wow Instagram you sold out to Facebook for $1,000,000,000 and you can’t have provide customer service????? What is this??? On my story, I have not had the ability to upload from camera roll nor use the new text feature for months. And there is absolutely no way to speak to someone at Instagram about this... a company that sold to Facebook for $1,000,000,000. This app is going to fade eventually, mark my words. Companies like this never last it’s complete bull. I cannot wait for a competitor to rip Instagram to shreds. This company is completely inept.

This use to be my favorite social media, but they’re now trying too hard. These stupid algorithms are a joke to Instagram and every other social media. Until it is moved back to chronological order it will remain one star and I will not use it near as much.
