Instagram is amazing. First off, all your friends are likely to have it and when your on ig I find u start to watch vids and look at photos that u find fascinating. Everyone can find stuff they like to view on here. Plus, I haven’t had any glitches in a while now. It’s amazing ;)

IG is a 5star app BUT since the latest update things posted on the timeline are by popularity not by post date/time anymore. We want to see everything in order as it is posted not just what’s got a thousand likes.

Can you please include an option to post and send gifs? It’s easier to post a gif rather than converting it to a video file. Also, a lot of gifs are not 3 seconds long. That’s not fair to people who want to post shorter gifs

Too many adds!! Help!!

Been a long time Instagram user and have been really glad with he app. Unfortunately the algorithm for viewing photos on the feed is rather very frustrating. Please consider bringing back chronological order.

You let my original private account get hacked and then wouldnt respond when I asked for help, and you never told people that millions of accounts had been hacked. I lost all my pictures of my children and everything. I was forced to create a new account. So for that reason alone I will only give you one star until I get my original account back. But Im not holding my breath for that.? Update 3/16/18 Once again Ive been disappointed in this app and the company all together. I get notifications daily now saying that my business page is now continuously in the process of being hacked. Ive had to reset my password almost daily for the last two weeks. Ive tried to contact you but nothing. And clearly you all dont read the reviews. Instagram and its security is an utter disappointment. Major fail

I just logged into my account and it was empty. Support never responded. Had to create a new account with the same name.

If I want to check Instagram I’ll open the app or check the iOS notification - SMS updates should be opt-in, not opt out.
