Recently got a new phone and it’s impossible for me to log into the app. I even changed my password and I keep getting a message about how my request can’t be processed. I tried logging in on my old phone again, and I can’t even do that! I’ve tried to contact Instagram and it’s hard to get anyone. The only message I received back was an email saying “to log back into my account, I needed to send a selfie with the code given on the email.”
