Hello, The app has been problematic, it does not let me login it says “there was a problem with your request” I deleted the app and downloaded it again but it didn’t help!!

It wont let me log on to my account it keeps saying theres something wrong with your request and it wont let me on

For some reason my instagram does not get logged in through my home wifi, but it does get logged in when I connect it to my LTE. Please fix this.

Whenever I open Instagram through a DM notification all I can see is the message from that notification and that loading circle, for previous messages to load I need to delete and reinstall app Pls fix ASAP

Ok I got used to the posts not being chronological, I could deal with that. What I don’t understand is why you’re having my own account show up on my feed. I honestly don’t need to see my own account, there’s a reason why there’s a bottom at the bottom to go see it and not on my feed. I don’t follow myself. There’s no reason for this and it’s stupid. If there’s nothing that’s going to be done about it then I might as well uninstall because it’s going to show once again that you don’t listen to your users. We complained about our feed not being chronological but got used to it and I honestly don’t think most of us are going to want to see our own posts on our feed. Please consider changing this new ‘seeing your own account on your feed’ thing and taking it out or better yet bring back the chronological posts.

Always getting that stupid ‘sorry there was a problem with your request’ error at random times when I try to sign in .. like why? On top of that the new algorithm sucks, the recommended posts on my timeline sucks everything just sucks! You guys need younger people on your team cos these old people are ruining Instagram like who even asked for all that

No access to story highlights, continues to bug and force close. STILL NO ACCESS TO STORY HIGHLIGHTS. STILL FORCE CLOSING. STILL BUGGING.

chronoLOGICAL (logical) do the logical thing and keep your users happy. You do know that if there’s another app like Instagram that will give the users flexibility with their feed people would leave your app in an instant, right? Give us the option to see our feed in chronological order. Why are you being so uptight about this? Keep your users happy.

Instagram is a great app and I’ve had it for years with almost no problems. However recently I haven’t been able to open the app, every time I click on it, it immediately crashes. I tried deleted and downloading the app again to see if that would work and it didn’t. I also tried restarting my phone and that didn’t work either. Please fix this !
