I really am getting ridiculously aggravated with Instagram. How can you allow someone to be stuck on a business profile because they have pictures that are still being promoted EVEN THOUGH YOUVE DELETED ALL THOSE PICTURES? How do yo know that person needs to private their account for safety issues? This is ridiculous it’s always something popping up on your page without any further instructions. You all need to work more on your communication. I’ve been a Instagram fan since I was in middle school. I’m still confused at why their isn’t a call center yet, or a customer service number you can call. I need my profile BACK ON A private page to keep away harassment and men/women who don’t need to view my profile. You all don’t even answer the problems when their being reported it’s pointless to even write to you all because if your not a celebrity you won’t get seen.

I loved IG! But for 3 1/2 yrs I havent been receiving pictures within my notifications just the IG names, which I cant stand! Within each update (just this morning)this problem hasnt been resolved! Besides Everyone wanting the same thing, their post go back to the original CHRONOLOGICAL order which is VERY IMPORTANT n useful! Plz fix this problem ASAP! This will seriously cause me 2 b on IG much less since without notifications with pics I wouldnt feel the need or at a glance 2 stop what Im doing 2 c what even my fave Instagramer has posted which will bring down every accts daily views! Need notifications with pics ASAP! Thx Edited-Problems have gotten EXTREMELY WORSE! My feed is never current instead days behind always! I still only receive name notifications w/o the pics included like it has been for yrs! Plz fix asap! Instagram use 2 b my ONLY app almost every second of the day but thru out the yrs n all updates has change 4 the worse n no one truly like the changes. Making product changes for the better 2 compete with other social media competitors is fine but dont change the complete structure n simplicity of what made IG distinctive now unrecognizable! I would upload n follow numerous Accts daily, since then I only follow but havent uploaded since 2014-2015! 5/17/17 App update-STILL PROBLEMS! NO PICS w/notifications, Timeline still hasnt returned chronologically instead showing 2+ days behind?????! ?Instagram b4 rolling out NEW updates PLZ correct the most constant reported errors especially this 1! For a moment stop/pause competing with other apps & take a HARD look at urs bcuz I hardly recognize this app anymore! The basic apps functions arent even here anymore or been compromised! Now users have resorted 2 just posting instead of viewing others pgs and/or communicating! 6/26/17 ??ISSUES STILL REMAIN+WORSE! Still no chronological order, feed 2-5 days delayed, Pic archive NOT working, no pics with notifications, updated &deleted app still horrible! I STILL havent used my page since 14 bcuz of these continued app probs worsened instead I just view others which Instagram only shows me celebrities, Ads & Accts over paid bloggers w/1mil+ followers smdh! I see now IG doesnt read nor care bout us, feedbacks, ratings,etc instead profits & quantity over QUALITY????! If EVERYONE has the same or more complaints.....PLZ READ & fix! I know at least 10-15 pl who STOPPED/DELETED their pgs n if ur reading this I know u have 2& on & on so IG just think about all the ppl youve lost!!!

I love Instagram so much and it’s a amazing piece of social media and good to get in contact with some old friends and so on so forth.

I loved Instagram for a while. Within the past week, there has been a really bad glitch for me. While scrolling through my feed or while Im DMing someone, the app will just freeze after a couple seconds of use. Another thing is that also, whenever I try to post stuff on my story, the app will also just freeze and sometimes it wont even post. I dont know if this is just me, but personally I find this very annoying and I want it to be fixed.

Okay so I can’t seem to log into my account @big.ol.grande.papi (don’t ask it’s an inside joke) and it keeps saying that my request can’t be handled or something like that? Does anyone know what I could possibly do to get my account back?

Instagram is a great app, but there is a bug that keeps telling me to turn notifications on even though they’re already on?? This glitch happens everyday. Also, when I try to post a video, it glitches out of the app. If I can post it, the quality of the video goes way down.

I do not like that you have to be logged into Facebook in order to promote an ad, I don’t have a Facebook and I don’t want to use Facebook as a means of promotion or a platform, we should have a choice on what social media we want to promote our stuff on in accordance to Instagram but if we don’t want to use Facebook then it should still let us promote our brands on Instagram, it’s complete utter nonsense and I feel as though I’m being forced into getting a Facebook.PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY OR ILL PROBABLY HAVE TO PROMOTE MY BUISNESS(s) ELSEWHERE THAT IS MORE RESPECTABLE AND MORE COMPENSATING THAN INSTAGRAM OR JUST START UP SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON MY OWN
