Ever since I updated the app it wont work. I go to open the app and it immediately closes and wont open fully so please fix it asap cause I wanna use the app!!!

For the past month I have not been able to see any post or messages that I send or receive. I would get a notification that I got a message, and then open the app to find out that the message got deleted automatically. So im basically stuck with a DM system so glitchy that I cant even use it anymore. This needs to get fixed ASAP.

Since the latest update all of my direct messages have been out of order. I use the app a lot so I hope they fix it in the next update

I think Instagram is a good way of expressing your feelings, but a way you can still be private! ? I also L❤️VE all the new additions!

I cant roleplay on Instagram anymore. My messages would disappear and reappear mixed in the older messages. This is frustrating for role players like me and my friends. Please fix this or else I wont be using this social media platform anymore. We as users would greatly appreciate that.

My favorite social media platform. I also really like how I can post my Instagram photos to Facebook for my friends are not on Instagram.

ever since the new update my messages/Dms have been messing up. every time i send or receive one i have to scroll up and search to find it. Very annoying. update please!

I love this app but it just keeps having more and more problem! Your idea of making it better is just ruining it! I cant get peoples messages, they keep disappearing. Fix it! We are tired of you always messing the app up! It used to be so good

Before the update Instagram worked perfectly, but now its messed up. When someone dm me and I open it our messages would be all mixed up, it wouldnt be in order like it should be. May you fix that fast please!

after updating to V10.11 , i have problem with direct messages. they will appear or deleted. i cantt send message to who have this problem too.

Its an app. It works okay. It would be nice if you could work from other platforms too. Like a computer.

I use it every day to upload pictures for our church. It works well on my iPhone and has had few issues over the last 2 years that I have used it daily.

Im so annoyed with the messaging. Its all out of whack. Not even in order. Ive uninstalled the app thinking it would help(at least 4 times) no luck. Cmon fix it! Our reviews are read to improve the ap right??? I read another comment in regards to saving pics secretly. I love that feature. I save we make up tutorials/hair styles. That part is a great feature to have so dont get rid of that ! Fix the message problem ??

so, whenever I post a video the caption that I put is never there. Its been going for a while now, and I cant make a post telling my followers that I cant post. Ive tried re-freshing it many times and re-uploading it many times, but it still wont work. I also cant post a comment, which is just utterly stupid

They wont show up, keyboard disappears, when I like a pic it shows up twice. These kinds of things combined make it very tedious to use DMs. This situation is not fixed but reinstalling or restarting the app. Hopefully it gets fixed!
