Thank you for fixing the DM glitch! But now I cant post videos to my story without the app crashing. Fix one thing, break another. Someone on the Insta staff needs to get fired.

my direct messages and including others have NOT been working for the past week. I will try to go into my DMs by simply clicking on the icon but then the app will just crash. Please do something about this.

Its really annoying that my follower requests are going by alphabetical order. So when I get a new request, its not at the top recents. Its in alphabetical order. Please fix!!!

As a small business, IG has been far and above the best social media app in terms of finding the best audience. BUT the powers that be continually feel the need to fix what isnt broken. I have seen, heard and read at least 100 reviews begging for the chronological order to be reinstated--or to at least give us a choice! It doesnt accomplish anything, and people are missing out on posts they wished they had seen when they were posted, or at least in the order they were posted. And PLEASE give us an option to turn off the stories notifications, some of us arent interested! If we wanted Snapchat, we would be on Snapchat.

There are many things I like about this app, to be able to support my favorite companies while keeping in touch with friends and family. To be able to send things to make others smile or laugh. To be able to be "trendy" as the kids say. Though, bug fixes are needed and often times the quality of photos are not that wonderful, though they could be. It would also be great if I could change the filters on old photos to help them match my new aesthetic, to be able to keep my pictures and change the filter to match. Or, even remove a filter. Hope my suggestion gets read and the company takes action. Cause every single day, I suggest what I believe would be a good change, and nothing changes. So far, it has been around 100 days that I have requested this.

this stupid app logged me out of my instagram on my phone, after a different account of mine was reported. i attempted to fix the problem by deleting the app and re downloading it, hoping it would let me log in. but OF COURSE it didnt. i tried logging into my account on a friends phone, which it let me do. THEN, it didnt let me log out on her phone. instagram emailed me, and it allowed me to log into my account on safari, on the instagram website. however, i still cannot log into my account i have had for 4 years on the app. i am more than annoyed and it doesnt let me log into any other accounts of mine either. screw life
